In the midst of an unspoilt Arctic wonderland lies the exotic Lappish resort of Levi. Renowned as one of Finland’s best and most extensive ski-areas, it offers snow-sure sking from November to May in a warm and friendly atmosphere.

Finland property prices grew by an average of 97 percent between 1995 and 2005, and although capital appreciation has slowed to a respectable average of 8 percent, property in the new emerging market of Lapland is expected to grow by around 250 percent in the next ten years.
